Ingredients

 Iceberg lettuce head1 , shredded
 Romaine lettuce head1 Medium, shredded
 1 head Bibb or Boston lettuce, shredded
 Slivered almonds6 Tablespoon, toasted
 Heavy cream1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 2 tablespoons Meaux or Dijon mustard
 Lemon juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Blend the cream into the mustard, then add the lemon juice and seasoning.
Cover and keep cool.
Toss the lettuce together and put into one or two cold salad bowls.
Stir the dressing and pour over the lettuce.
Toss lightly, then sprinkle the nuts over.
Toss again very briefly and serve at once.
