Mixed Leaf and Pine Nut Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Radicchio- 1 small head, roughly shredded | ||
| Lamb-€™s tongue lettuce-1 small bunch, roughly shredded | ||
| Oak leaf lettuce- 1/2 head, roughly shredded | ||
| Frisee lettuce- 1/2 head, roughly shredded | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts- 25-50 g (1-2 oz) | ||
| Grapeseed oil | 50 Milliliter | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Pine nuts | 25 Gram | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
2. In a large sized salad bowl, combine rest of the ingredients and top with dressing. Toss gently.
SERVING
3. Serve immediately in salad plates.
