 Radicchio- 1 small head, roughly shredded
 Lamb-€™s tongue lettuce-1 small bunch, roughly shredded
 Oak leaf lettuce- 1/2 head, roughly shredded
 Frisee lettuce- 1/2 head, roughly shredded
 Alfalfa sprouts- 25-50 g (1-2 oz)
 Grapeseed oil50 Milliliter
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Honey2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Pine nuts25 Gram

Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
2. In a large sized salad bowl, combine rest of the ingredients and top with dressing. Toss gently.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately in salad plates.
