Ingredients

 Flour1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Pastry)
 Butter2 Tablespoon (For Pastry)
 Salt1 Pinch (For Pastry)
 Pinch of soda bicarb
 Milk2 Tablespoon (For Pastry)
 1 tbsp green and red peels
 Cherries2 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Apple1 , cut into cubes (Filling)
 Banana1 , mashed (Filling)
 Litchi2 Tablespoon, chopped (Filling)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)

Directions

Sieve flour, salt and soda bicarb together in a large mixing bowl.
Put butter into flour and mix with fingers till it resembles bread crumbs.
Knead the flour to a stiff dough with milk.
Roll out the dough into 1/2 cm thick round pastry a little bigger than the pie dish.
Put the pastry into pie dish covering the sides also.
Mix the fruits with sugar and put them in the pastry.
Sprinkle some more sugar.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 12-50 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Remove from the dish.
Decorate with some more cherries and litchis and serve.
