Mixed Fruit Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Cottage cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| 5 oz. tinned or single cream | ||
| Sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| 16 oz. tin fruit cocktail, drained | ||
| 2 tablespoons sweet sherry | ||
| Few cherries | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a liquidizer, blend together cheese, cream and sugar.
2) Mix in fruit cocktail and sherry.
3) Take small dishes; pour the cream into it and allow chilling.
SERVING
4) Serve cold after garnishing with cherries.
