Mixed Fruit Cream Recipe

 Cream cheese8 Ounce
 5 fl. oz. single cream
 Light rum1 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Pear1 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
 2 medium sized peaches, peeled, stoned and finely chopped
 1/4 medium sized melon, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
 Chocolate1 Ounce, grated
 4 oz. grapes, halved and seeded

Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, cream and rum together with a wooden spoon until they are blended.
Stir in the sugar.
Add the pear, peaches and melon and mix well to blend.
Spoon the mixture into four individual serving bowls or dessert glasses.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top, and arrange the grapes in a circle around the edge of each serving bowl.
