 1 vanilla flavoured blancmange powder
 Milk1 Pint
 1/4 pint whipped cream or evaporated milk
 Sugar2 Ounce
 Cherries2 Ounce, chopped
 Almonds1 Ounce, chopped
 Pineapple1 Ounce, chopped
 Sultanas2 Ounce

Directions

Make blancmange in usual way, adding sugar and most of the fruit mixture.
Allow to cool, stirring well to prevent skin forming.
Fold in cream.
Pour into rinsed mould and allow to set.
Turn out and decorate with more cream and pieces of fruit.
