Ingredients
| 1 vanilla flavoured blancmange powder | ||
| Milk | 1 Pint | |
| 1/4 pint whipped cream or evaporated milk | ||
| Sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| Cherries | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Almonds | 1 Ounce, chopped | |
| Pineapple | 1 Ounce, chopped | |
| Sultanas | 2 Ounce | |
Directions
Make blancmange in usual way, adding sugar and most of the fruit mixture.
Allow to cool, stirring well to prevent skin forming.
Fold in cream.
Pour into rinsed mould and allow to set.
Turn out and decorate with more cream and pieces of fruit.
