Mixed Fresh Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup cut green beans | ||
| 4 cauliflower buds | ||
| Rutabaga | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, peeled | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tomato with one quart of boiling water.
Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
Add the diced tomato, drain the vegetables and serve hot.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
