Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 oz. evaporated nonfat milk | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 pkts. concentrated acesulfame-K | ||
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp concentrated aspartame | ||
| Mixed berries | 12 Ounce, frozen | |
| Nonfat yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine the first three ingredients and stir them together in a saucepan.
Heat just to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Stir constantly with a wire whisk.
Turn off the heat; stir in the almond extract, aspartame, and berries.
Let cool and then fold in the yogurt.
