Seafood Soup with Vegetables Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Boiled hakka noodles | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ching'S Secret) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon (ChingâS Secret) | |
| Chili vinegar | 1 Teaspoon (Ching'S Secret) | |
| Sliced fish | 12 | |
| Diced prawns | 12 | |
| Mushrooms | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched | |
| Diced cabbage | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sliced carrot | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Water/Chicken stock/ fish stock | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Sesame oil | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Boil the fish and prawn pieces and keep aside. Pour 4 cups of water/chicken stock/fish stock in a pan, add the vegetables, sauces, fish and prawn pieces, mix and let it boil. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and add sesame oil. Place the boiled noodles in the serving bowl, pour the prepared soup and serve hot.
