 Boiled hakka noodles1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ching'S Secret)
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon (Ching’S Secret)
 Chili vinegar1 Teaspoon (Ching'S Secret)
 Sliced fish12
 Diced prawns12
 Mushrooms1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched
 Diced cabbage1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sliced carrot1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Water/Chicken stock/ fish stock4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Sesame oil1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

Boil the fish and prawn pieces and keep aside. Pour 4 cups of water/chicken stock/fish stock in a pan, add the vegetables, sauces, fish and prawn pieces, mix and let it boil. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and add sesame oil. Place the boiled noodles in the serving bowl, pour the prepared soup and serve hot.
