Ingredients

| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Sweet potatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Crushed pineapple can | 8 3/4 Ounce, undrained | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Melt butter in 9-inch square pan.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Mix with fork until smooth and well blended.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Top with sour cream; sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon.
Keep refrigerated.
