Mitthoo Dahi ( Sweets Curd ) Parsi Style Recipe

Ingredients
1 litre milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon gelatine
1 tablespoon curd
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon cardamom-nutmeg powder, fresh pink rose petals
Directions
1. Boil the milk once. Add the sugar and bring to the boil four times and set aside.
2. Melt the gelatine in half a cup of water and add it to the sugared milk. Cool the milk.
3. Dip your finger in the curd and pass it around the bowl in which you are going to set the curd.
4. Mix the remaining curd in a teacup with the vanilla essence and spice powder and mix it into the tepid milk mixture. Pour into the prepared bowl and allow to set overnight. Leave covered in a warm place.
5. Decorate with rose petals and chill before serving the next day.
