Missi Roti Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Besan | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (chick pea flour) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Chopped cilantro | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Turmeric powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Green chillies | 5 , finely chopped | |
| Amchur | 1 Teaspoon (dry mango powder) | |
| Ajwain | 1⁄4 Teaspoon (carom seeds) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Knead to a smooth dough by adding enough water.
Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Cover and keep it aside for about 1/2 an hour.
Apply little oil to your palms and make medium sized balls. Roll it with a rolling pin into medium thick discs.
Heat a tawa and fry the rotis till golden brown on both sides by applying little oil.
Serve hot with pickle and yoghurt or with any curry.
