Miso Ramen with Tofu Recipe
Ingredients
| 300 g pack wholemeal noodles | ||
| 100 g bag beansprouts | ||
| Leaf | 300 Gram | |
| 4 instant miso soup sachets (we used Sanchi) | ||
| Bamboo shoots | 220 Gram, drained | |
| 250 g pack tofu, cubed, or use cooked prawns if you prefer | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. According to instructions on the pack, cook the noodles; drain and rinse in cold water
2. Put half the noodles, beansprouts and the stir fry mix into a sealable contained and chill them
3. In a pan, boil water and add miso sachets; add the rest of the vegetables, beansprouts and bamboo shoots
4. Add noodles and tofu or prawms and warm for about three minutes
SERVING
5. Serve in individual bowls
