Mirchi Cha Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| Capsicums | 2 | |
| Thick curds - 100 grams, beaten | ||
| Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves - a handful | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Chilli powder - to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix capsicum, curd, salt, sugar and coriander leaves.
2. Sprinkle garam masala and chilli powder over it.
3. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon ghee and toss in cumin seeds.
4. When seeds stop spluttering, add curd.
SERVING
5. Serve hot.
