Minute Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients

| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Half and Half | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flaked unsweetened coconut | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter a baking sheet.
Beat egg, honey, half-and-half, and vanilla in a medium-size bowl.
Mix well with coconut.
Form into 20 to 24 balls by pressing together firmly with hands.
Bake on middle shelf of oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
