2 cups vanilla instant pudding
4 mandarin oranges or Clementines, peeled, pith removed, sectioned
2 pears, slivered
2 peaches, slivered
1 kiwi, sliced
3/4 cup apple jelly
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Roll out and trim dough.
Line 8 tart molds.
