Minute Fruit Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
1 basic recipe sugar crust pastry
2 cups vanilla instant pudding
4 mandarin oranges or Clementines, peeled, pith removed, sectioned
2 pears, slivered
2 peaches, slivered
1 kiwi, sliced
3/4 cup apple jelly
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Roll out and trim dough.
Line 8 tart molds.
Bake in oven 15 minutes or so.
Prepare instant pudding following package instructions.
Divide among crusts.
Cover with peeled mandarin oranges without their pith, sliced pears, peaches and kiwi.
In a saucepan, melt apple jelly.
With a brush, glaze fruit.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
