4 egg yolks
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 9 inch pie crust, baked
2 cups whipped cream

Directions
In a saucepan, heat 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) milk and half the sugar.
Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Fold into warm milk.
In a bowl, combine remaining sugar and egg yolks.
Add remaining milk and cornstarch, mixing until creamy smooth.
While whisking, pour into boiling milk.
Once mixture starts to bubble, remove from heat.
Mix in butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked crust.
Let cool.
Decorate with whipped cream.
Dust with cocoa.
