 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unsweetened cocoa1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Instant coffee granules2 Tablespoon
 Skim milk4 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peppermint extract1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine sugar and cocoa in a medium saucepan; stir well.
Add water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in coffee granules.
Gradually add milk, stirring well.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often.
Remove from heat, and stir in peppermint.
Beat with a whisk until foamy.
