Minty Gazpacho Sipper Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato juice - 2 (11.5-oz.) cans (about 3 cups) | ||
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Parsley sprigs | 5 | |
| Small fresh mint leaves - 5 or 6 | ||
| Celery seed | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and combine all ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth mixture is formed.
SERVING
