Minted Watermelon Balls Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. (packed) mint leaves
4 tbsp. lemon juice
6 c. watermelon balls
Directions
Combine sugar, mint leaves and 2 cups water in small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain syrup; stir in lemon juice.
Cool; chill well.
Arrange watermelon balls in chilled sherbet glasses; add mint syrup.
Chill until ready to serve.
