Minted Pear Green Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Torn romaine lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Iceberg lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pears | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Creamy Mint Dressing | ||
Directions
Combine spinach, Romaine, and iceberg lettuce in a large bowl, and toss gently.
Cover and chill.
Divide salad greens among individual serving plates.
Dip pear wedges in lemon juice, and arrange over salad greens.
Serve with 1 1/2 tablespoons Creamy Mint Dressing per serving.
