Ingredients

 1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms, lightly browned in butter or margarine
 2 tablespoons crushed fresh mint leaves, or 1 tablespoon dry mint leaves
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 8 loin or rib lamb chops, cut 1 1/2 to 2 in. thick

Directions

Combine mushrooms, mint, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and vinegar; toss gently to mix.
Grill chops about 4 inches from coals 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
Turn chops and spoon mushroom mixture over surface of each; grill second side 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
