Minted Lamb Chops Recipe

| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 8 loin or rib lamb chops, cut 1 1/2 to 2 in. thick | ||
Directions
Combine mushrooms, mint, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and vinegar; toss gently to mix.
Grill chops about 4 inches from coals 8 to 10 minutes on one side.
Turn chops and spoon mushroom mixture over surface of each; grill second side 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
