Ingredients

 3 tablespoons mint apple jelly
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar2 Tablespoon
 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint,or 1 to 2 teaspoonsdried mint flakes
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 8 ounces small pasta,cooked, drained
 Cooked chicken2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Yellow bell pepper1 To taste, cut into pieces
 Cucumber1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

Place the jelly in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted; cool slightly.
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mint, salt and pepper and blend well.
Combine the pasta, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber and green onions in a salad bowl.
Add the mint jelly mixture and toss to coat.
Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving.
