Ingredients

 Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon
 Cauliflower florets2 Cup (16 tbs), blanched
 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 1/4 teaspoon mint flakes, crushed
 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper
 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Directions

In 8-inch skillet heat oil; add cauliflower, mint, salt, and pepper and saute until cauliflower is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and saute for 2 minutes longer.
