Minted Vegetable Fritters Recipe

| 6 level tbsps. self-raising flour | ||
| Eggs | 2 (For batter) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon (For batter) | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste (For batter) | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Pinch (For batter) | |
| Dried mint | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For batter) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon (For batter) | |
| Frozen mixed vegetables | 8 Ounce (For batter) | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon (For batter) | |
| Butter | 1 1/2 Ounce (For batter) | |

Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl beat thebattered ingredients.
2) Add frozen vegetables.
3) In a frying pan heat oil, add butter and place spoonful of batter a at a time. Fry for 5 min on either sidetill golden.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately with grilled lamb cutlets or cold roast lamb.
