Ingredients

 2 cups cooked enriched rice
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried mint
 Salt To Taste
 Margarine2 Teaspoon

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine rice, parsley, mint, and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Add a little water if necessary to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat, stir in margarine.
Divide evenly.
