Minted Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked enriched rice | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried mint | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Margarine | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine rice, parsley, mint, and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through.
Add a little water if necessary to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat, stir in margarine.
Divide evenly.
