Minted Peas Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green Peas - 1 packet of 10-ounce, frozen | ||
| Green Crème de Menthe - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, boil water, green peas and salt.
2) Lower the flame and cover the pan once the water comes to a rapid boil.
3) After 5 minutes, add margarine and crème de menthe.
SERVING
4) Plate the Minted Peas and serve as a side dish along with steamed rice.
