 Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Green Peas - 1 packet of 10-ounce, frozen
 Green Crème de Menthe - 1 tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, boil water, green peas and salt.
2) Lower the flame and cover the pan once the water comes to a rapid boil.
3) After 5 minutes, add margarine and crème de menthe.

SERVING
4) Plate the Minted Peas and serve as a side dish along with steamed rice.
