Minted Orange Lemon Fizz Recipe
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Packed mint leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Unsweetened orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon flavored sparkling water||2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled|

Remove from heat, and let cool completely.
Combine sugar mixture, 1/2 cup mint leaves, orange rind, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Cover and chill.
Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding mint and orange rind.
Just before serving, stir in sparkling water.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
