Minted Lemonade Recipe
|For the syrup -|
|Sugar||8 Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Grams)|
|Mint leaves||1⁄3 Ounce (1/4 Cup, 10 Grams)|
|Strained lemon juice||8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup, 250 Milliliter)|
|Water||48 Fluid Ounce (4 Cups, 1.5 L)|
|Crushed ice/Ice cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mint sprig||8 (For Garnish:)|

1.To make the syrup - take a saucepan, add in water and sugar and heat it over medium - high heat.
2.Bring the mixture to boil and keep stirring to dissolve the sugar completelyu.
3.Continue to stir cook for 5 minutes until the mixture attains a syrupy consistency.
4.Take the saucepan off the heat and add in the mint leaves.
5.Let steep for 5 minutes and the throw the leaves away.
6.Let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
7. Take a pitcher, mix together the water, syrup and the lemon juice. Mix well.
8.Take out tall serving glasses, add in the ice and pour lemonade over it.
9. Serve garnished with mint sprigs.
