Minted Grapefruit Spritzer Recipe
Minted grapefruit spritzer is a refreshing drink that can be made at home. Prepared with grapefruit juice and flavored with fresh mint, the grapefruit spritzer has seltzer water in it. Served cold, its great for the summmer!
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 cups unsweetened grapefruit juice | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Mint sprig | 8 | |
| 1 1/2 cups sodium free seltzer water | ||
Directions
In a 1 1/2 quart pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice and lemon juice and set aside.
Place 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 mint sprig in each of 4 12 ounce glasses.
With the back of a spoon, crush the mint into the sugar.
Fill the glasses with ice cubes, divide the grapefruit juice mixture among them, then top with the seltzer water.
Stir briskly to mix, add a sprig of mint to each drink, and serve.
