Minted Fruit Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup mint-flavored apple jelly | ||
| Salad dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pears | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Melt jelly over low heat.
Gradually add salad dressing, mixing well.
Add marshmallows and fruit.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold; freeze.
Unmold and garnish with additional dressing if desired.
