| Apple vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Sea salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Honey | 1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Mint leaves | 2 Tablespoon, minced (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a jar with tight-fitting lid add salad dressing ingredients.
2) Shake well to mix. Alternately whiz in blender.
3) Arrange each half of ripe avocado and sprinkle one teaspoon dressing over each.
4) At the centers put pineapple pieces and strawberries.
5) Decorate the fruit with freshly shaken dressing.

6) Serve either as a salad course or combination dessert-salad.
