Minted Cucumber Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Warm water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste | ||
| 1 long seedless cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin | ||
| 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves | ||
Directions
In bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water; add water and vinegar.
Whisk and add mint and cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, but not more than 6.
Drain cucumbers before serving.
