 8 stalks mint or 2 tablespoons dry mint
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Wash the mint and pick the leaves from the stems.
Chop fine.
Add sugar to the vinegar.
Pour over the mint leaves.
Let stand 1 hour.
