Mint Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| Curd | 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Green chilli | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Mint leaves | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a bowl, beat the curd.
2 Add in the green chilli, mint leaves, salt and black pepper.
3 Mix well and place in the refrigerator.
SERVING
4 Serve cold.
