Ingredients

 
Fried Paneer cubes - 500 gms
 
Mint leaves - a bunch
 
Onion - 1 cut into long slits
 
Tomatoes finely chopped - 2
 
Garam masala powder - a pinch
 
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
 
Curds - 1/2 cup
 
Green chillies - 2
 
Mustard seeds - a pinch
 
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
 
Finely chopped coriander leaves
 
Turmeric powder - a pinch
 
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
 
Salt to taste

Directions

Blend tomatoes, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, curds, green chillies, coriander powder(dhaniya) and mint leaves into a fine puree.

Add oil is a saucepan, add mustard, jeera and onions and fry until golden brown.

Add the blended puree to this and cook until the raw smell is gone or until two boils.

Lastly add fried paneer cubes and bring to a single boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with jeera rice/ rotis.

Is it same as pudina paneer masala? I wonder what the difference between masala and curry. Well written, worth trying.
