Mint Paneer Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Fried Paneer cubes - 500 gms | ||
| Mint leaves - a bunch | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , finely chopped | |
| Garam masala powder - a pinch | ||
| Coriander powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| Mustard seeds - a pinch | ||
| Jeera | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves | 4 , finely chopped | |
| Turmeric powder - a pinch | ||
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Blend tomatoes, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, curds, green chillies, coriander powder(dhaniya) and mint leaves into a fine puree.
Add oil is a saucepan, add mustard, jeera and onions and fry until golden brown.
Add the blended puree to this and cook until the raw smell is gone or until two boils.
Lastly add fried paneer cubes and bring to a single boil. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with jeera rice/ rotis.

Is it same as pudina paneer masala? I wonder what the difference between masala and curry.
