Ingredients

 Vanilla ice cream1 Quart
 Angel food cake1
 Chocolate mint patties8
 Chopped nuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Whipping cream1⁄2 Pint

Directions

Soften ice cream slightly; cut cake into 3 layers..
Chop mint patties coarsely.
Stir chopped patties and nuts into softened ice cream; spread between cake layers.
Spread top and side of cake with whipped cream.
Freeze until ready to serve.
