Mint Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Vanilla ice cream | 1 Quart | |
| Angel food cake | 1 | |
| Chocolate mint patties | 8 | |
| Chopped nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1⁄2 Pint |
Directions
Soften ice cream slightly; cut cake into 3 layers..
Chop mint patties coarsely.
Stir chopped patties and nuts into softened ice cream; spread between cake layers.
Spread top and side of cake with whipped cream.
Freeze until ready to serve.
