Mint Fudge Topping Recipe
Mint fudge topping is a sweet and creamy topping prepared with mint flavored chocolate, marshmellow crème and milk. Combined and cooked together slowly, the mint fudge topping is a fresh topping that can go over ice cream with any garnish of choice.
Ingredients
1/2 6 ounce package (1/2 cup) semi sweet mint-flavored chocolate pieces
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
Directions
Combine mint-flavored chocolate pieces and milk in small saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring till blended.
Beat in marshmallow creme till blended.
Serve warm or cold over vanilla ice cream.
Top with toasted sliced almonds.
