 Bread slices8
 Fish fillet250 Gram

 Tofu150 Gram
 Mint leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Coriander leaves1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Green chillies4 (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Onion1 Small (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Garlic10 Gram (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Ginger - a slice
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Gram3 Tablespoon, roasted (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)
 Salt & lime juice - to taste
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (For Mint and Coriander Chutney :)

Directions

Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.
Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for10 minutes. Cool and chop.
If using tofu, cut it into small pieces and toss in salt, freshly ground black pepper and lime juice to taste.
Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
For Mint and Coriander Chutney :
Grind all the ingredients together. (You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste)
