Mint, Fish and Tofu Sandwich Recipe

Bread slices - 8
Fish fillet - 250 gm
OR
Tofu - 150gm
For Mint and Coriander Chutney :
Mint leaves - ½ cup
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3-4
Onion - 1 small
Garlic - 6 flakes
Ginger - a slice
Cumin - 1 tsp
Roasted gram - 2-3 tbsp
Salt & lime juice - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp optional
How to make Mint, Fish and Tofu Sandwich
Apply salt, freshly crushed back pepper and lime juice to taste to the fish.Leave aside for 10 minutes. Steam for10 minutes. Cool and chop.
If using tofu, cut it into small pieces and toss in salt, freshly ground black pepper and lime juice to taste.
Spread the bread slices with chutney and sandwich two slices together with fish or tofu.
Make four sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into two parts.
For Mint and Coriander Chutney :
Grind all the ingredients together. (You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste)
