Directions

• Wash and clean all the above in running water.
• Cut coriander, mint, onion {peeled}, gree chilli and ginger roughly.
• Wash the same again and drain all the water through the sieve.
• Paste in a grinder without water and into a smooth paste.
• Add anardana {crushed}, salt, lemon juice and sugar and mix with a spoon.
