Mint Chocolate Blender Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 4 envelopes (1 oz. each) liquid baking chocolate | ||
| 1/2 t mint flavoring | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Pour sugar in blender, cover, and process at high speed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until thick.
Covers a 9-inch layer cake.
