Mint Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Pinch each salt, pepper, dry mustard and castor sugar | ||
| Corn oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Place the seasonings in a screw-top jar.
2. Add the oil, vinegar and mint; shake well before using.
3. Use in French style pea salad or over new boiled potatoes.
