Ingredients
| Wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unflavoured Gelatin- 1 envelope | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Artificial Sweetener- 10 to 15 drops(or to taste) | ||
| Fresh Mint- 2 to 3 tablespoons finely-chopped | ||
| Green Food Colouring- Few drops | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a cup, soak the gelatine in the vinegar until soft.
2) Stir in the boiling water until gelatine dissolves.
3) Mix in sweetener, mint and colouring.
4) Pour the mint mixture into 5 small dessert bowls and place in refrigerator until chilled.
SERVING
5) Serve chilled, garnished with mint sprig if desired.
