Ingredients

 Wine vinegar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unflavoured Gelatin- 1 envelope
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Artificial Sweetener- 10 to 15 drops(or to taste)
 Fresh Mint- 2 to 3 tablespoons finely-chopped
 Green Food Colouring- Few drops

Directions

MAKING
1) In a cup, soak the gelatine in the vinegar until soft.
2) Stir in the boiling water until gelatine dissolves.
3) Mix in sweetener, mint and colouring.
4) Pour the mint mixture into 5 small dessert bowls and place in refrigerator until chilled.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled, garnished with mint sprig if desired.
