Mint Glazed Lamb Chops Recipe

 Cold water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 3 tablespoons finely snipped fresh mint leaves or 4 teaspoons dried mint flakes, crushed
 Light corn syrup1 Tablespoon
 Lemon peel1/2 Teaspoon, finely shredded
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 4 lamb leg sirloin chops cut 3/4 inch thick

Directions

For glaze, in saucepan combine water and cornstarch, Add mint, corn syrup, lemon peel, and salt.
Cook and stirtill thickened and bubbly.
Place lamb chops on unheated rack of broiler pan, Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Brush some glaze over chops, Turn chops; broil 5 to 6 minutes more, brushing the lamb chops occasionally with glaze
