 1 pound ground beef or lamb
 Dry bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Snipped parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Onion1 Medium, finely chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tea spoon crushed dried mint
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Oregano leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place meat balls in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch, or oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Cook uncovered in 350° oven until light brown, about 25 minutes.
