Mint Dressing Recipe

This mint dressing is a simple and easy herb dressing for salads. Prepared with lemon juice to taste and sweetened with sugar, the mint dressing is chilled to serve.

Ingredients

 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

Directions

Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Combine sugar mixture and mint leaves in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until leaves are finely chopped.
Cover and chill dressing 2 to 3 hours.
