Mint Collins Recipe
Ingredients
| Gin | 2 Ounce | |
| Mint leaves | 3 Large | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Soda water | ||
| Lemon slice | 1 | |
Directions
Put the gin, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar and ice into an electric blender.
Whirl on high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass.
Add a little soda and garnish with the lemon slice.
