Ingredients

 Eggs3
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 13-oz. cans Evaporated Milk
 Peppermint extract3/4 Teaspoon
 Green food coloring1/8 Teaspoon
 Milk chocolate1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended.
Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Gently stir in grated chocolate.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
