 Unsalted butter8 Tablespoon, softened
 Mint leaves2 Large
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper mill - 2 to 3 twists
 Sugar
 Lemon juice

Directions

MAKING
1.In a blender puree mint leaves and butter.
2.Season with pepper, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
3.Refrigerate.
4.Roll the butter into sausage shapes.
5. Refrigerate until needed.

SERVING
6.Serve in sandwices and spread on rolls.
