Combine about 1/2 cup marshmallow creme and 3 tablespoons water.
With electric or rotary beater, whip till fluffy.
Add 1/4 cup mint jelly and beat smooth.
Tint with few drops green food coloring.
Spoon over vanilla or chocolate ice cream
